On March 1st, the South Shore High School Band traveled to Northwestern High School to participate in Large Group Festival. This is an opportunity for our band to perform for 3 judges and be rated against the state standard of music performance. Northwestern High School and Ashland High School also participated in this event, which gives us an opportunity to listen to other high school bands perform as well. Our band received a gold rating that day from the judges. Many congratulations to our students for their work ethic and fine performance!
