On Tuesday, February 11th, the South Shore high school’s boys basketball team played a game at Bayfield. The JV game was cancelled, so only varsity played. Last time they played Bayfield, South Shore lost to them unexpectedly. South Shore was coming back to make sure they didn’t lose again. The starters were Doug Hipsher, Bjorn Branham, Holden Suo, Koy Nelson, and Jake Winge. South Shore won the tip for an easy two points to start off the game. South Shore fought hard against Bayfield, not wanting to relive the January 9th game where they lost 60-67. South Shore won the game with a final score of 76 -65. The main scorers were Koy, Doug, and Jake.
