On Saturday May 18th the South Shore Spanish class and National Honor Society held a fundraiser to raise money for educational and medical aid efforts in Honduras. We held a Picnic lunch for free will donations with games, a scavenger hunt, and a movie. The original plans was to have the picnic in the park but due to rain and cold weather the event was moved to the school. Thank you to all the students and volunteers for being hard working and dedicated. Thank you to the Hipsher’s, the 300 Grill, Thrivent, and all the community members that helped with this event.
