Over the last couple weeks the 7th grade students were working hard in Room 172, which is Mr. Tiberg’s classroom  building models. Their assignment was to pick a unique roadside attraction, scale it down to human size and the rescale it to build their model. Gracelyn Lovejoy said, “First we picked a world’s biggest or roadside attraction. Then we found the measurements of the object. After we scaled it down so it could fit on a paper. Next we drew it to scale. After we drew it, we scaled it up to a little bit bigger than the paper. Finally we built them.” Everyone had a great time and it was a success.
