Spell it Out S-o-u-t-h S-h-o-r-e!
Leila Tuura & Quinn Soltis traveled to CESA 12 in Ashland to compete in the regional spelling bee.

On February 17, 2016, CESA 12 held its annual spelling bee. Two students, Leila Tuura and Quinn Soltis went with Mrs. Merrill to compete against other schools. Both students did very well, with Leila getting a fourth place and getting out on the word formidable and Quinn getting a tenth place getting out on the word coyote.
The first place winner was Claudia Lasiowski from Park Falls Elementary, and second place went to Ben Hanson from Ashland Middle School.
