This year our girls basketball team finished up the season with a record of 23-3, starting the reason off undefeated.  They beat many difficult teams making it all the way down to state.  They played against Assumption in the first round at state, losing by only 14 points.  Megan Gustafson , a senior, led all scorers averaging 40.2 points per game, and scored her 3,000th career point.  In total she has made 3,229 career points breaking the career scoring record, previously held by our own Jolene Anderson.  Next to breaking the all time career scoring record, Megan also broke the single game record with 64 points and the most points in a single season.  The next leading scorer was a sophomore, Shauna Kavajecz with a average of 10.1 points per game.  The last top scorer was a Junior, Alyssa Kavajecz averaging 9.4 points per game.  The girls were also awarded with the title of the Best With the Least champions for the third year in a row!  Congratulations on an amazing season, and thank you to all the seniors!
