Congratulations to our South Shore artists, Erica Johnson, Hayden Merzits, Daniel Truchon, Brady Lahti, and Kalyssa L’Heureux! 1st and 2nd graders created posters to compete in the 2015 Conservation Poster Contest titled, Local Heroes, your hardworking Pollinators. They drew pictures in art class highlighting the important work of pollinators.

Students from South Shore were finalists in the local contest. The winners from 1st and 2nd grade, Erica Johnson and Daniel Truchon advanced to the Area contest. 1st and 2nd grade won 2nd place in their grade division. They competed against 2 participating counties! Posters are on display at the Bayfield county courthouse!!
