The Big Red traveled to Northwestern to face the Tigers in an evening match-up on Friday night.  The Tigers came on strong with the first points.  But the Cardinals were quick to answer back.  In fact, it was the Cardinals all the way in a game that was too close to call.  For over 3 quarters, the Cardinals were always two points ahead gaining as many as 8 points on the Tigers in the last few minutes of the 3rd quarter.  Tigers, however, weren’t to be denied on their home court and rallied for a 4 point victory in the last two minutes of the game.  The South Shore team played a very good game and should be proud of themselves.  Definitely looking forward to the next game!
